Back when we started, there was a clear lack of options for Manage Service Provider companies struggling with overflow or after-hours NOC and helpdesk support calls. Many of these businesses had to close up shop, either because they were losing too many dissatisfied customers, or because they couldn’t afford to run a 24-hour operation.
We set out to change that.
