I have managed national Computer/VoIP networks for fortune 100 companies and Computer/VoIP networks for multiple non-profit charter schools. Experienced VoIP Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry. Strong engineering professional with a BS focused in Information Security Systems, CyberSecurity from ITT Technical Institute-Miami.

Operational & Marketing
Responsible for daily administrative operation and marketing.
Clear marketing strategy should revolve around the company’s value proposition, which communicates to consumers what the company stands for, how it operates, and why it deserves their business. Responsible for the company’s websites and WebOps (aka DevOps for websites).
Tasks involve creating and editing content, installing security updates, addressing any bugs or website-related concerns, monitoring and optimizing web performance.
Service desk support included within a specific IT service management (ITSM) department or IT Operations more generally. Common activities include Troubleshooting issues, Managing help desk and ticketing systems, and responding to service requests by fixing issues, replacing, or upgrading equipment.
Management accounts receivable, risk managments, budgeters, and strategists. Helping the company’s make better decisions, and responsible for managing the accounts payable.
Commercial & Residential Tech
I am commercial and residential service technician responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery for private households and commercial establishments.
Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot client systems and equipment. They run tests and interpret the results to make the effective recommendations to fix faulty or broken equipment. When necessary during repairs, they will source replacement parts and negotiate costs with suppliers and clients. Excellent mechanical and organizational skills, especially in recommending efficient resources and prevent breakdown reoccurrence. Update all systems and databases with careful attention to detail. Assist in maintain, high level of work quality for shop.
Serve as a liaison between the team and management. Keep all equipment and work areas clean and free of debris. Ensure the safety, quality, and efficiencies of the installation crew. Perform and monitor tests in the lab or field. Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order. Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
Tech Operation Lead
Eric’s role at BroadMAX will be providing much needed assistance with the day to day IT Operations and Reporting. Mr Leon has an extensive background during his 22 years in providing IT support and delivering award-winning customer service.
Prior to IT, Eric graduated from Miami Central High School and was scouted to play college football at University of Miami. His path took him to play semi-pro football with the Orlando Falcons and onto the Dallas Cowboy’s practice squad where he blew out his knee. Thankfully, Eric always placed education first and had his IT education to fall back on. Prior to Vista Eric has worked in various industries providing IT Support Services at different levels and capacities ranging from consumer services to local municipalities, law enforcement and first responders.
During his downtime Mr. Leon enjoys working out, playing team sports, going to the movies, listening to a variety of musical genres and reading computer books.
I'm responsible for the daily operations as well as overseeing the strategic development and execution of the company’s corporate and product plans. Helping execute the vision of simplifying IT and focus on the operational leadership necessary to establish and reach an Information Technology that is focused on helping the customer reach their business objectives. We work with the customer to fully understand and concisely define an IT Strategic Target set several years in the future that fully supports the business objectives. Elizabeth brings over 10 years of experience managing businesses in multiple industries and a wealth of leadership and entrepreneurial expertise to the team. I served as the vice president of administration and business development providing operations administration for both CyberKnife Centers of Miami & Palm Beach, which are community, based outpatient facilities, owned by Morse LLC. Prior to her tenure at Morse, LLC, she worked in a variety of legal assistant, leadership, and management positions at Hersch & Talisman, PA; CSK, PA and The USAO to name a few.
