As a son, brother, husband, father and Global IT Consultant with over 30 years of professional experience within the IT industry, wearing many hats from End User, Sys Admin, Trainer, Advisor, for the last decade MSP Entrepreneur and Business Consultant to the SMB market. My passion is utilizing emerging technologies to improve efficiency and empower team members to deliver best-in-breed client services.


Eudes Fernando Espinal

Senior Network Engineer 

I bring over 14 years of experience in computer/VoIP networks and security systems. I have managed national Computer/VoIP networks for fortune 100 companies and Computer/VoIP networks for multiple non-profit charter schools. Experienced VoIP Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry. Strong engineering professional with a BS focused in Information Security Systems, CyberSecurity from ITT Technical Institute-Miami.


Allan W. German

Director Of Business Development

He has been a pioneering voice in the adoption of document digitization, data protection, and audiovisual collaboration. Allan joined the team in 2022, bringing his expertise and strategic planning talent to our clients. The results so far? Increased profits, more meaningful tech usage, and stronger organizational unity. His winning personality and his willingness to find the RIGHT solution for every company is the key to his success!


Andres Canella

Operations & Marketing

Responsible for daily administrative operation and marketing.

Clear marketing strategy should revolve around the company’s value proposition, which communicates to consumers what the company stands for, how it operates, and why it deserves their business. Responsible for the company’s websites and WebOps (aka DevOps for websites). 
Tasks involve creating and editing content, installing security updates, addressing any bugs or website-related concerns, monitoring and optimizing web performance.

Service desk support included within a specific IT service management (ITSM) department or IT Operations more generally. Common activities include Troubleshooting issues, Managing help desk and ticketing systems, and responding to service requests by fixing issues, replacing, or upgrading equipment.

Management accounts receivable, risk managments, budgeters, and strategists. Helping the company’s make better decisions, and responsible for managing the accounts payable.


Brian Villamar

Commercial & Residential Tech

I am commercial and residential service technician responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery for private households and commercial establishments. 
Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot client systems and equipment. They run tests and interpret the results to make the effective recommendations to fix faulty or broken equipment. When necessary during repairs, they will source replacement parts and negotiate costs with suppliers and clients. Excellent mechanical and organizational skills, especially in recommending efficient resources and prevent breakdown reoccurrence. 
Update all systems and databases with careful attention to detail. Assist in maintain, high level of work quality for shop.

Serve as a liaison between the team and management. Keep all equipment and work areas clean and free of debris. Ensure the safety, quality, and efficiencies of the installation crew. Perform and monitor tests in the lab or field. Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order. Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.


Eric Leon

Tech Operation Lead

Eric’s role at BroadMAX is providing much needed assistance with the day to day IT Operations and Reporting.  Mr Leon has an extensive background during his 22 years in providing IT support and delivering award-winning customer service.   

Prior to IT, Eric graduated from Miami Central High School and was scouted to play college football at University of Miami.  His path took him to play semi-pro football with the Orlando Falcons and onto the Dallas Cowboy’s practice squad where he blew out his knee.  Thankfully, Eric always placed education first and had his IT education to fall back on.  Prior to Vista Eric has worked in various industries providing IT Support Services at different levels and capacities ranging from consumer services to local municipalities, law enforcement and first responders.  

During his downtime Mr. Leon enjoys working out, playing team sports, going to the movies, listening to a variety of musical genres and reading computer books. 


Chris Riley

Client Services Engineer

Mr Riley is one of the most important members of our team as our Client Services Technician at BroadMAX Networks, He is dedicated to delivering seamless IT solutions tailored to our clients' needs. With a passion for technology and a commitment to exceptional customer service, Chris ensures that our clients' systems operate efficiently, securely, and reliably.

Whether it's troubleshooting technical issues, implementing innovative solutions, or providing proactive maintenance, the goal is to empower our clients to harness the full potential of their IT infrastructure.

Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer

Mr Weir is a seasoned IT professional with over 20+ years of hands-on experience in IT technology, networking, and service delivery and 10 years of IT leadership with a history of personal and team success while assuming increasing responsibility. He possesses a deep knowledge and experience in designing, building, deploying, and managing on-premise and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions.


Strong communicator and comfortable interfacing with all levels of management across multiple lines of business with demonstrated ability to clearly understand and resolve complex technical challenges.


Headley Duncan

Senior Network and Systems Engineer

Mr Duncan is an experienced and motivated Systems Administrator with over 2 decades of developing and implementing technical infrastructure and solutions facilitating growth and success. Demonstrated skill in training and supporting end users as well developing technical staff to achieve performance objectives.

He has worked in various industries primarily in the education sector at several prestigious universities and has also worked as an industry-leading expert consultant for Entertainment, Performing Arts Centers and the ever-so demanding nightlife industry in New York City and surrounding areas.

His hobbies include culinary arts, music, community gardening and competitive running.
